    Ms. Astri

Hello, my name is Astri Rakhmaningsih and I have been working at Permata Bangsa School as Grade 1 homeroom teacher, Key Stage 1 Mathematics and Science teacher since Jully 2007.
I am originally from Bojonegoro and graduated from Soegijapranata Catholic University in 2005.
I aspired to become a teacher because teaching offers a platform to share knowledge and skills and also a unique opportunity for lifelong learning. The dynamic nature of education demands continuous learning and adaptation.
The thing I love about teaching the most is that teaching is really rewarding. It’s satisfying to see children progress both academically and non-academically as rounded people and future citizens. Being a primary teacher has allowed me to develop in all the subject areas I have to teach and also to keep my technology skills up-to-date as schools are using new technology all the time.
I believe Permata Bangsa School is the best because of the school’s commitment to professional development and continuous learning. This is something that deeply resonates with me. The school’s emphasis on supporting teachers’ growth through ongoing professional development, collaboration, and mentorship programs is highly motivating.
